My name is Kevin. 👋 I am a software developer with 25 years of experience across Adobe, Amazon, and IBM. Building applications is my creative outlet. 🤓 Oh, and I also like cigars. How did you build this? The UI is built using web standards (no React, etc.). The server consists of a collection of Amazon Web Services Lambda functions, exposed through API Gateway. The AI is Anthropic Claude 3.5 Haiku. Your favorites and recommendations are kept in your browser on your device using IndexedDB. What do you do with my data? Other than pass it off to the AI for recommendations, Stogie Awesome does not store or sell your data. Even the AI is instructed not to use your data for future learning (it does not store your data either).
